Your Role

You’ll be an important part of the daily flow in the restaurant, helping keep the venue clean, organised, and ready for service.

Depending on the shift, you will work either as a cleaner or as a dishwasher, supporting the restaurant team and maintaining high standards throughout the venue.

Responsibilities

Dishwasher Shifts

• Washing dishes, glasses, and kitchen equipment

• Keeping the dish area clean, organised, and running smoothly

• Supporting the kitchen team when needed

• Following hygiene and food safety routines

Cleaner Shifts

• Cleaning and maintaining the entire restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces

• Following daily cleaning routines (floors, surfaces, bins, equipment, etc.)

• Making sure all areas stay clean, presentable, and hygienic

• Following cleaning and workplace hygiene routines

• Is dependable, punctual, and hardworking

• Works fast and stays calm under pressure

• Has a great attitude and is a team player

• Pays attention to cleanliness and detail

• Can work independently and stay organised

• Experience is a plus, but not required (we can train the right person)
